Sarah graduated with a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Food Science and Industry, from the University of Melbourne and a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Canberra. Sarah’s research (as part of her Master’s degree) examined the effects of antioxidants and potential reductive effects cardiovascular disease biomarkers, such as blood pressure, cholesterol and weight. Sarah is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and a member of the Dietitians Association of Australia.
Sarah enjoys building strong relationships with her clients, where she can develop individualised nutrition goals with you to create positive outcomes. She aims to offer you education, skills and a support network to help you achieve lasting results.
Sarah specialises in weight and diabetes management, as well as nutrition for heart disease, irritable bowel syndrome and special diets, such as a low FODMAPs or vegetarian diet. She also has a keen interest in paediatrics, disordered eating and nutrition for mental health.
